Well spotted Melissa. A woman that used to work at the local supermarket laughed nervously and asked me if it was a portrait of my mom. What kind of a person would have a t-shirt like that with their mom on it?!? Her comment made me wonder about her family relationships…
Good question that demands a long answer Allan.
I don’t have one favorite style, but I’m weak for Japanese tattoos and I also love the modern take on old-school stuff. With my photography background and my love of double-exposures and composite images, the new trend of photo realism is definitely another favorite of mine. Plus tattoos based on art such as paintings, air brush paintings and some of the graffiti inspired tattoos (I’don’t really like graffiti writing, but the paintings/drawings are cool). Pop-surrealism is also fabulous.
Generally I’m a fan of large stuff like full sleeves, leg sleeves and back pieces. Alternatively lots of small pieces that together make up a sleeve.
Geometrical patterns, dot tattoos and tribals is not my thing.
great photos. and a good looking tattoo!
Thanks babe! 😘
Fabulous. And I love the time lapse, I didn’t see it last time.
Thank you Des. The music in the time lapse is from a Czech children’s TV series. It probably didn’t air in Australia.
Oh boy!!! That’s an amazing piece of work!!!
Dhanyavad Bhai. It’ll be even better once it’s finished. There’s still some colouring and a bit of shading left to be done.
Can’t wait to see the finished tattoo!! And I love it when you speak in hindi!! 😀
😎 if you’re ever in these parts of the world, I’ll get to practice.
Hey Man!! That would be a dream come to true!!! I would love to travel to Scandinavia some day….need to save money though 😥
Flight ticket & couchsurfing.
Yes …yes…I know…I just need to plan it well…and need sufficient leave from work!
Leave from work can be difficult, especially if you want it at a time when flight tickets are cheap.
let’s see…someday in the not so far future…hopefully! 🙂
Fascinating post.
Thanks!
awesome… and the ink looks good…
🙂 Thank you Alex.
Great ink, great shots, and…er…great shirt 🙂 (Nancy Reagan demon?! Lol…Amazing!)

Very interesting angle. Who’s the lady on your shirt?
It’s Nancy Reagan.
🙂
Nice selfie. Gorgeous art well captured!
Thanks Lisa. I’m going to get some more shading and some coloring done on my upper arm next month.
Looking forward to seeing the results 👍
