In July there was another epic tattoo convention in Belfast – the 4th Titanic International Tattoo Convention. Pure satisfaction.

Tattoo artist Ronnie Cyndi.
Here’s just a few of the highlights. I’ll post more later on (next days, next week, something like that).
Torii’s bum has a unique flavor.
There’s not much to say about these photos. I experimented with some hdr water photos, some random night shots and street art. They were all shot in, or on the way to, Belfast.
Once again thanks to Mr. Carson & his family for arranging the convention and thanks for inviting me to the after-party. Much obliged.

Surprise, surprise! I got this message from the WordPress team today:
Let me also add, for those of you who don’t know, that I’ve had my tagline: «Encyclopedia Miscellaneous – ‘quality’ blogging since August 2011», since September 2011.
Both this after party and my WP anniversary is definitely a rare event, nothing you’ll see every day.
Thanks to all the artists and models in this gallery:

The Titanic International Tattoo Convention is the best tattoo convention I’ve attended so far. Flying in from Oslo, Norway, to see and photograph this convention was a great experience. The organizers, the official photographer, the crew and all the artists were all super-friendly and welcoming. So, thanks a lot to Julian Carson, his family and his crew for organizing this amazing event, to John MC for being a cool guy, thanks to all the talented artists and for an epic after-party too!

Mark Bester from Marked for Life created this armpit tattoo at the Titanic International Tattoo Convention 2016 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Mark also made the snake on his throat, which I’ll upload photos of later. Regardless if you like the armpit pussy or not (personally I can say that it’s definitely not my kind of tattoo), Mark is very talented with the machine. During the coming weeks I’ll share plenty of photos from Titanic International Tattoo Convention 2016, so stay tuned for more!

As you already know from my previous post, I went to the North of Norway with my son. After that I spent one day at home, getting ready for my next journey: a trip to Belfast with a friend to check out Titanic International Tattoo Convention. Immediately after returning from Belfast I left on a road trip to the West coast of Norway with 4 strangers – 3 from France and one from Italy. We went hiking & trekking in the Norwegian mountains – just in time before a storm hit the area and several of the roads and tourist attractions were closed.
I have tons of photos from this summer, but I haven’t processed any of them yet. Here’s a few from the last two trips, some shot with camera(s), some with phone. Some landscapes, some portraits:
