The Changing Seasons: June 2017

All phone photos for «The Changing Seasons» this month. The past month I’ve only shot portraits, which isn’t really suitable for this challenge… There’s still some days to go, but my schedule is packed till the end of the month.

A phone photo, but not a phone photo.

With a lack of real photos to present, here’s my gallery this month:

My version 2 this month is the only proper photo I have to present. It was captured during a political conference where I was invited as a photographer.

A phone photo, but not a phone photo.

What’s this «Changing Seasons» blogging challenge?

«The Changing Seasons 2017» is a blogging challenge with two versions: the original (V1) which is purely photographic and the new version (V2) where you can allow yourself to be more artistic and post a painting, a recipe, a digital manipulation, or simply just one photo that you think represents the month.
Anyone with a blog can join this challenge and it’ll run throughout 2017.
It doesn’t matter if you couldn’t join the first month(s), late-comers are welcomed.
These are the rules (want the full introduction? Click Here), but they’re not written in stone – you can always improvise, mix & match to suit your own liking:

These are the rules for Version 1 (The Changing Seasons V1):

  • Tag your posts with #MonthlyPhotoChallenge and #TheChangingSeasons
  • Each month, post 5-20 photos in a gallery.
  • Don’t use photos from your archive. Only new shots.

These are the rules for Version 2 (The Changing Seasons V2):

    • Tag your posts with #MonthlyPhotoChallenge and #TheChangingSeasons
    • Each month, post one photo (recipe, painting, drawing, whatever) that represents your interpretation of the month.
    • Don’t use archive stuff. Only new material!

  1. Your pictures are always so much more interesting and entertaining than mine 😀

Anyway, my stuff is up tomorrow. I’ve also not been out much because until yesterday, it has been raining almost every day. Today is lovely, but our dog is at the vet, repair people are coming by. How did we get so BUSY? It’s supposed to be summer!

  2. As Marilyn said, you always have an interesting and diverse set of images for each month. The one photo that really jumps out at me is the one on the rocky beach with the little ones. Not only to I like the composition with the dramatic clouds, but the body language of the child in the foreground seems to say ‘do I have to?’ It just seems to add another layer of emotion to the picture that the unsettled weather is implying 🙂

  6. Love the phone photo Max. Bit of a vanishing point theme in a few of the other photos. I always find full daylight difficult. You have to look for things like vanishing points to make the photos interesting.
