In general my life is lacking symmetry these days (as you can see in the last photo with the all the cardboard boxes and the mess): I’m moving (again), so blogging is set temporarily on pause/given low priority. Expect more (and hopefully better) photos and posts as soon as things have settled (probably around April). In the meantime I’ll keep the Monthly Photo Challenge: The Changing Seasons running as usual.
Ugh. Moving is such a non-symmetrical event. Good luck and see you in March, I hope!
Yes, I’m tired of moving. I’ve moved so many times that I’ve lost count (I’m not even kidding!).
The good thing is that I’m moving back to my old neighborhood, which is way more interesting than the one that I live in now.
At least something positive!!! Good luck!
I am moving a lot at the moment so I totally get this!!
Living in cardboard boxes – it sucks. At least I hope to cash in some on the sale so that it might be worth it.
Love that attitude, kudos Mr Cardinal!
Thanks Andy! I needed some encouragement.
I’ll keep you updated after the apartment has been sold.
Encouragement is what we do here for our friends…
As a fellow recently moved person, I feel your pain. Seeing too much banana boxes recently made me loathe bananas. Good luck with the move!!
Banana boxes.. I hate them too! It’s a good idea not to pack too many books in them, because they get really heavy when they’re full of books.
Stuff of nightmares. I packed my books and the heavy things in small boxes so that I could lift them myself (I was moving without hiring movers) and in the process I carried, pushed and pulled a gazillion boxes which are still giving me bad dreams… Well, sorry, that wasn’t probably too encouraging!
Great shot. Good luck with the move, Cardinal.
Thank you Richard.
And you’re right. Live does suddenly turn into a mess, perhaps more often than we want it to.
Yes, it does. More often than not.
Sorry your life is crazy now. But I like your choice for symmetry.
janet
I hate moving, good luck.
Excellent!
well, imagine having to live down under da grid like in da furst shot huh lol
happy movin”” 😎 ….Q
Life lacking symmetry. That’s how you can describe my life now too. I hope the move goes well, it never is easy as there’s so many thing to take care of. Great first shot, love it. Good luck with the move and come out on top 🙂
Ahhh moving what a nightmare, not surprised you are not blogging it totally depletes one of any energy, but hopefully you are moving for good reasons? Great take on symmetry x
Hope your move is not too stressful.
Good luck with the move, CG. Always a traumatic time. Happy Valentine’s Day. Hope you took time out today for love. 🙂
Nice photo! Hope the packing and unpacking go well!
I just moved too..I never thought of banana boxes but I make everything too heavy. Really like the sifty snow.
Banana boxes are great, but they’re very heavy if you fill them with books!
no rhyme or reason (or symmetry) in a move. Hope its going well. You are missed
Thanks Moondustwriter. The actual move will be done during the first week of April, so I’m expecting to be back on track shortly after that.
Las mudanzas son siempre un lío, y las cajas a veces están sin abrir un montón de tiempo.pero si vas a estar en mejor sitio será estupendo. Pero tendrás que tener paciencia que es lo que hace más falta en estas situaciones.
Saludos.
That’s true. Patience is important in situations like these. Thanks!
You certainly eat a lot of bananas 😉 Good luck, Max!
I’m overdosing on bananas!!
Magnesium and potassium are good for you.
