Street Portrait 9527

After I posted the street portraits of the two police officers in Jerusalem, I’ve been thinking about sharing more of my street portraits. This one is technically not on (or even near) a street, as it was shot in the Wadi Rum desert of Jordan, but still it counts as a street portrait.

  1. I agree.. definition of street portrait should refer to all chance portraits (candid ones) of strangers captured in a candid moment. This one looks like a jolly fellow! I like it 🙂

  2. Being that it’s out in the desert, away from indoor or outdoor urban settings, this could be one of street photography’s cousins; rural photography. It fits.
