Here’s my second entry for the Weekly Photo Challenge. Check out yesterdays post about the Metaphysical Rabbit Hole if you want to see my previous WPC entry.
This is a photo I shot of Anita Sikorska. She works as a model – mostly in Poland where she’s from, but she’s also doing work internationally. You can check out her official Facebook page for booking, more photos and info: https://www.facebook.com/anitasikorska.modelka
WONDERFUL SHOT! I love how the sunlight shines through the window like a spotlight on your model.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Thanks Francine. We fired off some smoke bombs in the building to enhance the rays.
Amazing – Impressive done, my friend… 🙂
Takk skal du ha Drake.
Great shot!!!!!!
Thanks a lot Amber!
Wow….awesome shot! Did you use HDR in this also?
No, this is not HDR. Just a single file, post processed in Adobe Lightroom.
Wow!! Even I use lightroom, but haven’t been able to get such effects! Cool!
I just did some minor changes to the default settings: Added some contrast, lowered the highlights, added to the shadows, set the clarity very high (at 83) (I’m huge fan of all those mid-tones!), lowered the vibrance and added a touch of saturation.
Thank you for sharing! will experiment… 🙂
Snyggt! 🙂
Takk Reb!
cool 😀
Great!!!!
Wow very amazing shot! This is a compliment…it almost looks like a composite!
Thank you Laura. We used smoke bombs, the sun and a light reflecting shield.
A great photo Cardinal quality
Thank you very much Mr. Breebaart.
My pleasure!!
this is brilliant – i understand you used smoke bombs, but the light adds so much to this image. thanks for sharing!
No problem. We also used a light reflector in order to utilize the sunlight.
Very nice!!
Brilliant! If I had a cap I would doff it.
and I would appreciate it 😀

Wonderful 🙂 I am really impressed 🙂
Thank you very much Paula. I’m glad you like my photos.
Nice shot, and really well edited.
Thank you Amy. Most of the job was done while shooting, so the editing part was quite easy with just some minor adjustments.
brilliant image and love what you did in the processing
Thank you Jo!
Flott komponert bilde.
Lyset gjennom vinduet grr bildet en ekstra dimensjon!
Liker etterarbeidet!

Jeg har tittet på den tidligere, men tok en ny titt nå. Liker veldig godt nettingstrømpe bildet. Alldeles nydelig!
Glorious shot, Cardinal. Wonderful intoor stobe with excellent detail on the trees outside the window which I’m guessing was a seperate exposure edited in during post prod.
Fantastic composition.
Thank you Allen. It’s actually all from one shot. We used a reflector on the model so that the details from the walls and the outside weren’t lost in the exposure.
If I could change anything about the composition, I would have moved the model a little bit to the right (or moved my position), so that the branch wouldn’t ‘stick out of her head’. Except from that I’m pleased with this photo.
Oooolala – great job!! 🙂
Ha en god helg!
Dina
Takk det samme Dina!
