  1. Okay- all the polite comments aside and considering your obvious talent in your previous posts- WTF is this supposed to be? Am I blind, or stupid?

    AND HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

    • This is water that’s frozen onto wooden poles under a bridge. When the water level drops, the ice stays like rings before it melts and drips back into the sea. It’s kind of a metaphor for the circular lives we humans are living.
A happy new year to you too!

  2. Knowing you this year has made my time on WP a lot happier. Have a fabulous 2013! Something tells me it will really be a great one 🙂 Thank you for your friendship…

    • Thanks Paula, it’s been great to get to know you too and thank you for your friendship. 2013 will definitely be a year full of new adventures & experiences 😉

  3. That is an awesome image! One has to bring it up and really gaze at it … at first I thought it was somehow water floating in the air!

Happy New Year to you too… keep blogging 😉

    • Hi Reb. What a delightful gravatar you’ve got there with that cat 🙂
I’m glad my photo could generate some curiosity. I’ll be following your blog also in 2013.

  4. That is awe-inspiring. You have a real eye for these things!
Wish you the very best of everything in 2013. 🙂

  5. I was just checking back here and can’t see my comment. Something happened with Wordprees that day I think because I lost comments on other blogs.
Anyway, I wanted to say what a superb pic this is. My first thought was that it should be the book-cover for a psychological thriller. I keep wondering what’s on the bottom of that chain!
