I don’t know much about him except that I’ve read 2 of his books: 1984 & Animal Farm. Today’s society seems to evolve into some kind of perverted mixture of both societies described in his books.

I do adore Orwell, but on another hand I spent a good chunk of my younger years making lies sound truthful or only extending enough of the truth to not get into trouble – soooo…. it’s not just the politicians who do it, I think A LOT of us do it 😉
But hopefully we’re not trying to make murder sound respectable…
