Okay- all the polite comments aside and considering your obvious talent in your previous posts- WTF is this supposed to be? Am I blind, or stupid?
AND HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

This is water that’s frozen onto wooden poles under a bridge. When the water level drops, the ice stays like rings before it melts and drips back into the sea. It’s kind of a metaphor for the circular lives we humans are living.
A happy new year to you too!

That is an awesome image! One has to bring it up and really gaze at it … at first I thought it was somehow water floating in the air!

Thanks Allen! That’s exactly what caught my attention at the scene.

I was just checking back here and can’t see my comment. Something happened with Wordprees that day I think because I lost comments on other blogs.
Anyway, I wanted to say what a superb pic this is. My first thought was that it should be the book-cover for a psychological thriller. I keep wondering what’s on the bottom of that chain!
January 3, 2013 at 22:01
Don’t worry, your comment is on the site with the photo itself:

Let me know if you ever write a psychological thriller (or if you know someone that will) and you/they can use my photo
