The Upstairs Room
Here’s what I believe will be the last clue in the little riddle that I’ve been running through the last week: A frozen river, a beautiful girl, a dog, the last standing wall of the temple in Jerusalem & this loft?
Face over at facesplacespaces.wordpress.com has basically cracked the code already

Has it got anything to do with Dragon’s Den?!

No, but I just remembered that there was a song in the 80′s that was called something like Dragon’s Den. It was by some japanese guy that made music for computer games. I’ll have to look into it, thanks

I love it all
These games we play
I close my eyes
You run away
I’m sure I asked you to stay
But now you’re gone
And so I feel the grey
Pulse in my head
I turn off the lights and crawl into bed
I try to think of sunshine
But my body goes wet
With the first crash of thunder
I don’t think I can know
Anyone but you dear
That’s for sure
When it gets to four
It’s my turn to go
Oh the kiss
So alcoholic and slow
Arranging me for Saturday
I thought you would know
That I always sleep
Alone
I don’t think I can know
Anyone but you
Dear
That’s for sure
The upstairs room is cool and bright
We can go up there in summer
And dance all night
Your sister started talking at a minute after ten
So everyone jumped up
And then fell over again
In April you can join them
And stare at me
The Cure.

Haha! Thanks for that generous mention, but the problem is that even though I get The Cure connection, I can’t seem to figure out the puzzle!
All the posts are essentially songs by the band. (Oh, and thanks! I’ve listened to The Cure enough, but now I’m downloading the entire discography. I realised I loved them enough. If it interests you, it’s only the fourth such band. I’m not one to download entire discographies.) But what exactly is the puzzle, and consequently, what’s the answer?

That’s it: The Cure is the connection & the Cure is the answer. The titles of the posts are all taken from songs by The Cure.
Glad to hear that you’ve downloaded the full discography. I just recently did the same thing myself, and there’s not many bands that are interesting enough for a full discography.

Word.
Finally my extreme youtubing and downloading has been put to some use. This feels like such a win! Clearly, it doesn’t take much to get me excited

Oh, I completely forgot! That’s a stunning visual. Excellent use of light.
