I like it.
Tusen takk Knudsen!
That’s a nice view.
Yes it is and it was a nice drive too 🙂
What a breathtaking view…lovely
Here are more photos from the area:

Good one! 🙂
Thanks Miles. The link in your name leads to a protected blog, perhaps you should change the link to mdcphotographs.wordpress.com ?
Really? It’s supposed to be open. Thanks for the heads up! 🙂
No problem, I’m glad to help.
Hmmm, ok, I’m going to have to ask… how exactly can I do that? Trying to adjust my settings but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. Any tip would be much appreciated! 🙂
Go to the “dashboard” of your blog (the one that’s private) – in the meny you click on ‘settings’ – ‘privacy’ and then you choose one of the following options:
– Allow search engines to index this site.
– Ask search engines not to index this site.
Choose the one you like and click ‘save settings’
Yep! 🙂 did that. Hope that did it! Thanks 😀
Now your name leads to joybound.wordpress.com, but the mdcconsultancy one is still marked private.
Brilliant take on the ‘through’ challenge, and a lovely shot!
Morrn 🙂
Tusen takk Rebekka. Håper livet er fint i Canada, det må ha vært spennende å flytte dit fra Sverige!
Livet är bra här, men ibland längtar man hem förstås. Det har blivit åtta år nu.
Nice… Always like a good mirror shot – especially if you need to take it while driving the car
Just for safety I stopped the car while taking the photo (I know: I am so boring)
😀
That’s a nice one.
Thanks Anette. You have a nice one too.
THROUGH a mirror, that’s good!
Thank you Mr. Frizzman 🙂
and behind the mirror? apes and little children are searching confused behind mirrors 🙂
Maybe that’s the real reason why Jimi Hendrix took his spirit and smashed his mirrors…?
Great shot!
Thank you very much David.
Cool shot!
Thanks. Hope you enjoyed Petra 🙂
Nice take on this theme!
Thanks Mrs Bailey. Nice watercolor post you have for this weeks challenge.

Beautiful! I have several rear view mirror shots like these, taken at speeds not meant for photographers!
As long as you’re not driving while taking the photos I guess it’s ok, but I must admit that I’ve snapped a few shots myself while driving a motorcycle…
What a perfect shot. Love the road behind you, and the scenery is great. Love the cloud cover too. Great light for shots like this. Thanks for that link in the earlier comment — off to go look! 🙂
Thank you, thank you & thank you Katie 😀
Hope you’ll enjoy what you see!
I like your blog.
LOL! You’re so very welcome. 🙂 I really love this photo. I’d love to be in places like that!
Thanks for your comment on my blog too! 🙂
If you ever come to Norway I’ll show you around 🙂
Oh, I wish I had money to come there! I’d love to! I have relatives that were from Norway, and also Denmark too. 🙂
Oh, we’d have some fun! Thanks and have a great weekend!

BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
I’m glad you like it Francine, and I think you’re a talented kimono maker.
(to others that might read this: she actually made her own kimono)
Love this! Very nice entry!
Very nice comment, thanks!

A look back… through the mirror to where we were.. I love it.. good take on this challenge.
Thank you Maggie!
A wonderful drive?
Yes it was: beautiful nature around there.
Haha, I posted the same type of photo! Got some neat shots on our way to Chicago through the side view mirror of the sun rising! Great minds…Margie
LAst week New York, this week Chicago. You sure travel a lot. Hope you had a good time in Chicago – the gangster city!
Thanks for taking us through . . . the long and winding road? 😉
The pleasure was all mine Sunshine!

Yeah, I’ve done a sideview mirror shot but that’s not the one I posted for this week’s challenge.
I love the reflection here.
Post them on your blog so we can have a look!

The painting was still a little bit wet that day.

Wonderful through view, love the arch frame!
Thanks Patti. I also like the natural framing of this photo.
If I removed the framing/the plastic parts from the mirror on this photo, the whole photo would have lost it’s value.
It’s true what WordPress writes:
“Often framing your photo’s composition through something else is the best thing you could do to it. It gives the viewer even more context into what your eye saw in that moment in time. Sometimes it modifies the entire tone or meaning of the photo.”
Snyggt fotat!
Here’s a award for your blog:

Cardinal, you did a good job. I took a picture through the car mirror and posted it this week, too. http://upwoods.wordpress.com/2012/03/20/unexpected/
We were thinking alike…
Your picture is beautiful.

Word Press “Versatile Blogger” Award Nomination
This is an official announcement that I’ve nominating you for the “Versatile Blogger” award.
As a recent recipient of the award, one of the three award rules I must comply with is to: “Nominate 15 bloggers I read, enjoy, inspired by, and making sure you notify them of their place on this list.”
What is this Word Press award? I had to do a little digging since this was all new to me and I only started my first ever blog in January 2012. “It is a way to introduce bloggers to each other and to promote quality blogs that the awardees and their readers might not be discovered otherwise.”
You can read more about the award and my responses to the three required rules at my website: http://rickdiffleyphotography.com
Thank you for your blog and inspiration!!
